Instructions
Upon delivery: keep refrigerated and store below 5°C. Freeze the meal by date on container. Once frozen, consume within 1 month. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
From fresh: pop one corner of container and heat in a microwave on high for approximately 2.5 – 3 mins, let stand for 1 min. Stir and serve.
From frozen: pop one corner of container and heat in a microwave on high for approximately 4 – 5 mins, let stand for 1 min.reheat longer if required. Stir and serve.
