    Tasty and health meals, it makes my life so much easier, i have a very busy schedule and to have clean eats always there for me makes everything much easier. I finish my training session and all I have to do is heat up me meal and I am ready to rest up. No more cooking for hrs and I can get a lot more things done, highly recommend

    Bought five of their meals and I'm loving the dishes so far!
    Great portions between the meal themselves and the ratio of protein, carbs and vegetables. Very few meals want me having more, and also keep me amply full, and I count their food as part of that!
    Most of the choices are accommodating to me who has particular dietary requirements, such as for any gluten in the food. They told me which ones are safe for me to have. Really helpful for me that needs to watch out for what I consume.
    Overall a great service for affordable, portable and healthy food.
